FAQ:

Q. What is CertPal ?
A. We have an entire page dedicated on this one. Visit the about us page to know more.

Q. Do I need an account to login to the simulator ?
A. Yes. You can register for a New account quite easily. It takes less than a minute to sign up. We need your email address and nothing else.

Q. I am waiting for an activation / other email but it has not arrived. Why ?
A. Perhaps your email provider has marked the email as spam ? Have you looked in the spam folder ? Try registering again with the same email address. That will send out another mail to your account.

Q. I am not able to login to my account
A. You will have to provide a user name (the email address you registered with) and the correct password. If you forgot your password, use the forgot password service to reclaim it. Forgotten passwords will be sent to your email address.

Q. What mock exams are supported on the site ?
A. Currently SCJP 5 and SCJP 6 can be accessed from the simulator. More on the way.

Q. I found a bug on your site / simulator. Will you squash it ?
A. Oh dear ! It is unfortunate that a bug sneaked through. Please write to feedback(at)certpal(dot)com. Bugs are always very high on our priority list. If you find one, we will fix it right away.

Q. This site looks funny on my browser
A. Our website is designed to work with firefox at 1120 X 1024 resolution. That said, it has been tested to work with other browsers like Opera, Safari, Chrome etc. If you are using IE (ugh) please download version 8. Oh and did we mention firefox ? :)
